1. Service Cancellations by Us

2. User-Initiated Cancellations

2.1 eBook Cancellations
You may cancel your purchase of an eBook at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team at contact@onlineternals.com with your order details. Please note that a penalty may apply as described in Section 3.

2.2 Digital Marketing Course Cancellations
You may cancel your enrollment in our Digital Marketing Course within 180 days of purchase if you are unable to earn money from the skills and knowledge gained through the course. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team at contact@onlineternals.com with your course details and a description of your situation. Please note that a penalty may apply as described in Section 3.

3. Penalties for Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Penalty Application
If you cancel a service or request a refund, a penalty may be applied to your account. The amount of the penalty will be determined based on the specific service and the reason for cancellation. Penalties are intended to cover administrative costs and any other expenses incurred by Eternals EdTech Platform LLP as a result of the cancellation.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed based on our assessment of your eligibility for a cancellation as described in Sections 1 and 2. If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be the purchase price minus any applicable penalties.

4.2 Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 30 days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
